Heat oil in frying pan on mid/low heat and add minced/finely chopped garlic
Chop red peppers in large slices, and add to heated oil & garlic in frying pan. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
After cooking peppers for 10 minutes, add pinch of salt and oregano, stir to mix. Then add Italian breadcrumbs and stir in. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. Avoid overcooking peppers as they will become mushy.
