Buying a New Car: Lessons from Happy Endings
The freedom of having your own car is an amazing one, but it doesn’t come cheap. I always said that I wouldn’t get a car, unless I really needed one, and managed to make my way through university walking and taking the bus. As soon as I found out I got my first job out of university it was a prerequisite that I get a car given that my job would require me to drive the majority of the time. Reluctantly I jumped into the research process that comes with car purchasing and of course found a lot of positive and negatives as well as tips and tricks. I also am a huge fan of Happy Endings (and am sad to say that it was cancelled), this clip below is definitely one of the reasons why I love the show so much. It’s pretty realistic especially for people buying a new car straight from a dealership, but hopefully provides a humorous lesson for those interested in buying a new car.
